Player Terms of Service:

No violation of the Terms of Service will be tolerated and punishments will be enforced accordingly.

1) You may not harass or threaten other players. It is the right of a player of the Community to report such behavior, which includes (but not limited to) excessive verbal assault, repeated killing by a same town member, and any other action that causes unwanted attention or distress to a player. Such reports are to be filed under the Forums under “Abuse” with as much evidence as possible provided and a detailed analysis of the case. Such cases will be reviewed by Staff and decided in a timely manner.

1-1) You may not use abusive, vulgar or obscene language towards the Staff or players.

2) You may not lame enemy kill points. Laming includes (but not limited to) killing a member of the opposite town freely and repeatedly, with no apparent challenge to being killed, staging fake duels repeatedly (dueling someone over and over for enemy kills).

2-1) You may not create a “Kill Toy”. A “Kill Toy” refers to a character that is made for opposite town members to kill without opposition. The creator of this character will be tracked and all characters related to the “Kill Toy” will be punished accordingly.

3) You may not impersonate another player. This includes(but not limited to) pretending to be another player to obtain items from another and passing or spreading false knowledge on the behalf of another player. Such actions are to be reported under “Abuse” with as much evidence provided as possible and a detailed analysis of the situation and reviewed by Staff.

4) Account and item sharing is not encouraged by Helbreath Legion. To place a complaint regarding account or item sharing, one must message the Head Administrator on the forums and provide a detailed analysis of what has happened as well as any other bits of information possible. The Head Administrator will approve or deny the right of the player's case to be heard by the community and Staff. Both the community and staff will be permitted to vote on the matter in typical fashion and it is possible all items be returned due on the outcome of the votes. It is to be known that under no circumstance will someone who has previously had items recovered after an account hijacking have items recovered for a 2nd time.

5) Taking advantage of bugs which create unfair advantages or other benefits for yourself or other players will not be tolerated.

Staff Terms of Service:

Any violation of the Staff Terms of Service may result in (But not limited to) removal of Staff position from Helbreath Legion.
 
1) You may not harass, threaten, or cause unwanted attention or distress to any player.

2) You may not use vulgar, obscene or offensive language to any player of the community or other staff members.

 
3) You may not summon any monster unless you are conducting an event.

4) You may not act or behave unprofessionally on your game master character, which includes (but not limited to) killing players upon command, summoning players to areas when there is no event or any reason for doing so, showing players items in exchange windows or swinging a weapon at a monster or player.

4-1) You may go AFK on your game master character. A GM-Shield must be equipped at all times to signify to players that you are a Game Master and not a regular player.

5) You may not make references to your in-game character and are not required to provide people the identity to whom you are in game.

6) You may not give any player an unfair advantage over other players, which includes (but not limited to) hints or any form of help during events, items or power leveling, killing monsters, casting spells on players, or anything else that provides an unfair advantage or gives benefits to players.

7) You may not partake in events unless you were assigned to do so or have received permission from the Head Administrator.

8) You must fully abide by the Legion Community Terms.

9) It is the right of the Staff member to give verbal warnings to players mis-behaving. Muting on 2nd Offenses will not exceed 60 minutes. Punishments for further violation of the Player Terms will be decided by Staff.

10) You will not threaten a player with banning of services or anything else that is outside your power. All decisions regarding banning of services or punishments other than muting will be given to and handled by the Head Administrator. Such matters may be raised for vote by any Staff member that is displeased with a decision.

Performing events:

1) When performing summon events, be sure to not summon in higher amounts than 35-40 monsters at a time, as it will cause lag to players.

2) For events such as PVP, prizes must be discussed and agreed upon by GM1 prior to performing. Event date, event type and all other details must be confirmed by GM1 prior to performing event.

All types of events, whether summoning or PVP or anything must be discussed with and agreed upon by GM1 prior to performing.

Punishments for Violations include the following but vary on the situation:

Article 1:

1st Offense: Verbal warning delivered to the violator.

2nd Offense: 24 hour muting of character.

3rd Offense: Permanent Ban of Services from Helbreath Legion.

Article 2:

1st Offense: All enemy kills stripped of character(s).

2nd Offense: Permanent Ban of Services from Helbreath Legion.

Article 3:

1st Offense: Verbal warning, possible ban of services from Helbreath Legion. Items lost due to fraud will be returned to the victim's account.

2nd Offense: Ban of services from Helbreath Legion.

Article 4:

1st Offense: All items and other forms of progress stolen from account(s) removed or returned to where they were stolen. 1 week ban of services from Helbreath Legion.

2nd Offense: All items and other forms of progress stolen from account(s) removed or returned to where they were stolen. Permanent ban of services from Helbreath Legion.

Article 5:

1st Offense: All progress removed from abuse of any bug, verbal warning.

2nd Offense: All progress removed from abuse of any bug, 1 week ban of services from Helbreath Legion.

3rd Offense: Permanent ban of services from Helbreath Legion
